Each year Aptos Creek Vineyard produces limited quantities of hand crafted Pinot Noir from their vineyard in Aptos, California. Their dry farmed vines are tended to patiently as they work with nature to produce a small yield of intensely flavored fruit. Aptos Creek winemakers then employ hands on techniques to create a wine which allows the fruit to speak for itself.
